How to ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you.

What this covers
If you've ever messaged us (or one of our clients' AI agents) on WhatsApp or Instagram, called an AI voice receptionist we've built, or filled out our contact form, we may hold some personal data about you — such as your name, phone number, email, or details you shared during a conversation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How to request deletion
Send us a message with the words "Delete my data" and tell us which number, email, or name the data is under, using either:

- WhatsApp: +91 89044 76991
If your data was collected through a WhatsApp or voice bot we built for a specific business (for example, a clinic or travel agency), let us know which business it was — this helps us find and delete the right records faster.
What happens next
We'll confirm we've received your request within 2 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We'll let you know once it's done. Some information may be kept briefly if we're legally required to (for example, financial records), but anything not required by law will be removed.
